How long do we want a book to take? Frequency of Meetings? Length of time for meetings? Use of the blog? Frequency of posting? Smaller groupings?
We should meet every other week and be done by Christmas.

We should post when we have something significant to say.
I think using the blog would be more beneficial than trying to get everyone's schedules coordinated. Face-to-face is great, but I don't know if we can keep the frequency. Also, can we do it in the morning?
