Self-Discipline
Do we discipline kids with the hope that they will develop self-discipline? Le Tellier asks us to consider the following definition for self-discipline: Self-discipline is doing what needs to be done, when it needs to be done, when you don't want to do it. Love it!

Conversation
Conversations are at the heart of the book study group. Members share insights, ask questions of the text and each other, and learn from the perspectives of other members. Be sure to discuss the ideas that can be applied directly in the classroom, the potential obstacles to implementation, and what can be done to overcome these obstacles. Journaling can also be used as a powerful learning tool along with a book study.
Job One
To really get started we need to make a few decisions as a group. The ones that come to my mind are the following:
How long do we want a book to take?
Frequency of Meetings?
Length of time for meetings?
Use of the blog?
Frequency of posting?
Smaller groupings?
